MSWiM 2021 Camera Ready Instructions

Congratulations for the acceptance of your paper to MSWiM 2021.

The paper size must be
8 pages for each MSWiM regular paper (with up to 2 extra pages at €100 each) and
4 pages for each MSWiM short paper (with up to 1 extra page for €100  each).

8 pages for each Workshop regular paper (with up to 2 extra pages at €100 each) and
4 pages for each Workshop short paper (with up to 1 extra page for €100  each).

The camera ready version and the signed copyright form for your paper must be sent within the:

Please prepare the camera-ready copy of your manuscript following the proceedings guidelines that you will find following the link below (proceedings templates to create camera-ready copy are available in MSWord and LaTex). Name your file using the file name (paper number) you have received via e-mail (from the Chairs or from Ms. Lisa Tolles, Sheridan Printings). Be sure to format your document for American Letter (8-1/2x11). Please check that your submission adheres to the set page limit for your type of submission (see above). NOTES TO ALL AUTHORS, please read carefully and provide all the information defined in the following link, which is needed to ensure the inclusion of your paper, poster, abstract, or talk in the proceedings and the ACM Digital Library (Portal).

Camera Ready Guidelines and Templates.

Please note: the ACM copyright form must be printed out, signed, and returned with your paper.
See the MSWiM 2021 Copyright Form Instructions for details. We caution you that ACM will not publish any paper that is not accompanied by a signed copyright form.

Note that at least ONE AUTHOR must register

and must attend and present the paper to the MSWiM 2021 Conference presentation. Failure to do so may result in withdrawing the paper from the proceedings and from the ACM digital library.
