MSWiM 2016 will be hosted at Excelsior Hotel.
The Hotel is already taking reservations for MSWiM attendees.
Each attendee should make his/her own arrangements for booking a room.

Reservations
The MSWiM attendees can start booking their rooms.
Rates and availability can be guaranteed only until October 5th, 2016 (firm).
Details about reservations can be found at the reservation form (PDF or EXCEL).
We recommend attendees to fill this form out, sign it, and send it to the hotel (CCing us) for their reservations.
The MSWiM attendees can book their rooms by sending an email with the subject line "MSWiM 2016 Conference - Room Reservation" to BOTH MSWiM organization (mswimconf@gmail.com) AND Excelsior Hotel agents.
